The New Year

Some people make resolutions, or recall the past year on this day. They sit back and focus on what they did wrong and want to correct, or they focus on what they did and liked. I don't do that. I do most of my reminiscing at the beginning of Autumn. I try not to make resolutions, or promises to myself either in case they are broken. What I try to do on New Years is spend it with friends and enjoy it. It may not be a huge milestone in any sense that 365 days is significant number, but it does only happen once a year where everyone is home to celebrate.

Woah. Things are definitely different than they used to be. My brother has graduated from The Ohio State University. He is also now engaged to Alaina Peter. He's starting a new life. I wish him the best!

Back In Cols OH

I hate people that abbreviate Columbus to Cols. I also hate people that abbreviate Cincinnati to Cinti.... and Cleveland to Cleve. And even further I hate people that don't put the proper Street, Avenue, Boulevard, Drive, Court, Road, Highway, or Parkway that belongs on the end of your address.

Anyhow, I'm back in Columbus. This past weekend was, sad. Erica's family lost someone close to all of them and there's nothing you can do to replace that.

I'll have a normal post up soon. I hope everyone is driving safe, and thinking smartly during the rush of the holiday season.

Erica's Grandma passed away today around 5 PM. If you could give her a call sometime, she would appreciate it.
