Spring Equinox

Wow, I can't even begin with what's new. I can say that this cold weather needs to end, but the forecast for this week agrees with me.

This weekend was meant to be a balance between productivity and fun... but I think fun outweighed the productivity.

Over the weekend I watched Who Killed The Electric Car? which made me wish I owned one on all the short traveling I do to work and back. It's really interesting and I'm glad that they pointed out that Hydrogen is not a viable alternative in present time. Use existing technology car companies!

I did organize my room a bit. I need to get a new bookshelf to replace this crappy one that is leaning to one side. I hate cardboard. And oh the clothes clothes clothes. I ordered some T-shirts from Busted Tees which I will need to take a picture of in the very near future. Now I need to get some on Threadless. I threw out a bunch of clothes that didn't fit and I haven't wore in ages.

On the fun side, Erica and I hung out with Chase and Bill for the majority of the weekend. We ate some good food at the Chile Verde Cafe on Saturday. They had awesome salsa.

All in all a great weekend. Coming up this weekend is a road trip, and the next weekend another road trip with camping hopefully. We'll see how this pulls together.

Note to self: I need to start taking photos!

On a geeky note... Google Maps released My Maps which allows you to make placemarks, lines, and polygons on maps and share them. Better yet it can all be imported into Google Earth. I am using my GPS to plot trail data from my bike rides, which I can post to Google Maps. Sweetness!

Google also released a free automated 411 number that is pretty slick. (1-800-GOOG-411) Try it!

I'll post more about those on WyomingJarbo.com when I have time. I hope everyone had a good weekend and is keeping busy!
